This listing is for a Wholesale Tire Sales Representative with C&D Tires. We are a locally owned, critical industry, service center and tire distribution facility. We are a provider of passenger, commercial, agriculture and power sport tires and supplies. We have customers both locally and throughout the South East.

Job Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and phone communication skills, basic math skills and the ability to work in a high paced office environment. Basic office equipment, computer, and internet skills will be required. You must be organized, detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, performing research, and handling numerous requests at a time. As a member of the sales team you should be familiar with existing sales techniques, know how to up-sell, and have the ability to overcome objections. Knowledge of tires, wheels, and automotive accessories is very strongly preferred.

Job Description: As a new employee, you will be taking over existing customer accounts, renewing stale accounts and also assigned to acquiring new accounts. Some travel will be required to visit clients both locally and out-of-state. Job duties will include making outgoing calls, answering incoming calls, providing information, quotes and making sales on existing inventory, clearance items and special orders.

Job Type: Full time hourly with limited overtime.

Shift Type: Monday – Friday day shift and ½ day every third Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

Work Environment: Office environment with auto shop and warehouse exposure. High volume incoming and outgoing calls. Frequent standing and walking. Occasional lifting of 40 pounds or more. Some travel during business hours may be required.

Required experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years sales experience.
• Valid drivers license.

Salary: $13 - $15 per hour based on experience.

On-boarding / Training period: 3 months.

Benefits are available after successful completion of training schedule.
